EMD Instructor of the Quarter: Recognition of an emergency medical dispatch (EMD) instructor who has performed above and beyond her responsibilities, including continually helping DPSC to meet or exceed our quality assurance review goals, providing continuing education training to staff and taking initiative in improving the quality of services within the agency.

Trainer of the Quarter: Awarded to a floor trainer who shows dedication and exemplary performance in a training function.

DPSC Most Valuable Person (MVP): Presented to an employee who is a team player with a positive attitude, willing to help others while putting the needs of DPSC before self-promotion and egotism. Recipients also must possess exceptional job knowledge of all areas they are required to perform.
