The following 9-1-1 call simulations provide a "behind the scenes" perspective of the various processes and protocols employed by a public safety communicator (PSC) when a call for service is received. The five simulations below represent the types of calls that make up the 30,000 9-1-1 calls that are received by DPSC each month.
