Who Is Telly?

Telly - the Official Mascot of the Department of Public Safety Communications

As the official mascot of DPSC, Telly the Robot is responsible for providing community outreach regarding 9-1-1 in Fairfax County.  Telly has travelled throughout Fairfax County and beyond to educate the public about the importance of 9-1-1.  Telly frequently visits Fairfax County schools to teach students about how to properly use 9-1-1 and that it is for emergencies only.  Just like the 9-1-1 call takers and dispatchers of DPSC, Telly is always there...always ready...24/7/365 to teach you about 9-1-1.
