Civil File Review Form

To review a Civil Circuit Court file you must fill out and submit the form below. All fields marked with a red asterisk * are required.

Within two business days after submission you will be notified of the file availability and directed where to go to review it. The file will be held for no more than two business days after notification of availability, to allow you time to come in and review it.

The more current files will be available for review at the Fairfax County Courthouse. Civil files will be located in the Civil File Room on the 3rd floor, suite 320, and criminal files are located in the Criminal Department on the 4th floor. Older files are located at the court's Offsite Records Center (below) and can be reviewed there.
