The John Marshall Library opened in the Rose Hill Shopping Center storefront in April 1963 and moved into its present location in February 1975. Since then the library has been the hub of the Rose Hill Community. The 160,000+ visitors that use the library each year are greeted by beautiful gardens. Once inside, visitors come and read the local newspapers, find just the right book to read, attend a community meeting or a children’s storytime, use the resources of the internet and talk about books with the staff.
