  • Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy
    Focusing on Western philosophy, the site includes biographical information on a number of philosophers and discussions of their ideas, definitions of terms and the online texts of about two dozen major works.

  • Lovers of Wisdom Web Site
    Links to philosophy-related online dictionaries, encyclopedias and biographical material.

  • Philosophy of Religion.info
    This site explores the question of the existence of God, presenting numerous classic arguments for and against, as well as some of the objections to each of those arguments.

  • Philosophy Pages
    Similar to the "Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy," this site has a strong overview of "logic" and a helpful study guide.

  • Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy
    Contains in depth articles on a variety of philosophers and philosophical topics. The encyclopedia is updated on a regular basis.
