Account Management System Help




Welcome to the Human Services Resource Guide (HSRG) Account Management System. This feature is for use by organizations contained in the HSRG. The Account Management System will allow for quick, online change, addition and deletion requests to be processed electronically. Each organization contained in the HSRG may have one individual assigned to manage that organization. Should you have difficulty using the system or need additional information please contact wwwrim@fairfaxcounty.gov


New User Registration
  • Choose organization from drop down list box
  • Complete each of the fields marked with an * , as those are required fields
  • Remember that only one person may be assigned to each organization. Each organization should choose 1 contact to be responsible for managing the information contained in the Human Services Resource Guide (HSRG).
  • Any changes to contact information or registered user may be made by contacting wwwrim@fairfaxcounty.gov


Login to HSRG
  • Choose organization from drop down list box
  • Enter the registered user’s email and password


Organization Information
  • Organization information will be populated with current information contained in the HSRG
  • User may request changes to any field listed by simply typing in corrected information as it is displayed or adding comments in the Comment section


Service Information
  • Select the service that you would like to edit from the drop down list box
  • This screen will allow you to make changes about the service or request that the service be deleted from your organization
  • Requests to delete the entire organization and all of its services must be submitted to wwwrim@fairfaxcounty.gov


Service Location/Profile Information
  • This screen allows users to see each of the locations where services are offered.
  • User may click on the site name or Details hyperlink to access the information
  • User may request changes to any field listed by simply typing in corrected information as it is displayed or adding comments in the Comment section


Update User Profile
  • This screen allows users to update the contact information for their organization
  • Each organization may only have one registered point of contact
