Fairfax County's Government Center complex is approximately 2 miles west of Fairfax City, near the Fair Oaks Mall.

The Department of Administration for Human Services, Contracts Management, is located in Suite 738 in the Pennino Building (Fairfax County Human Services Center). This building is one of two 10-story glass front buildings located across the parking lot from the Main Government Center Building.

Visitor parking is available in the front of the building, with additional parking behind the building in the garage and an additional lot.

From the Capitol Beltway (I-495)
Exit to I-66 west
Exit to Rte 50 west
Exit to West Ox Road (Rte 608) South (after passing Fair Oaks Mall on left)
Left turn at light onto Monument Drive (east)
Right turn onto Government Center Parkway
Right turn into parking lot

From the Fairfax County Parkway
Exit to Fair Lakes Parkway
Right turn onto Monument Drive (east)
Right turn onto Government Center Parkway
Right turn into parking lot

From Route 29 (Westbound from Fairfax City)
Right turn at light onto Forum Drive
Left turn onto Government Center Parkway
Continue past Main Government Center building on right
Left turn at light onto Post Forest Drive
