Purpose:

To periodically review the implementation and effectiveness of the alarm ordinance. To make recommendations, as appropriate, to the Board. To periodically review the decision of administrative hearing officers for the purpose of monitoring effectiveness of the administrative hearing process. To develop recommendations for the Board concerning the need for additional local regulations of alarm company operators.
