The recessed meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. with all Members being present, with the exception of Supervisor Alexander, Supervisor Dix, Supervisor Hanley, and Supervisor McConnell, with Chairman Davis presiding.
Supervisor McConnell arrived at 7:45 p.m.
Supervisor Dix arrived at 8:10 p.m.
Supervisor Alexander and Supervisor Hanley were absent from the entire meeting.
Others present were William J. Leidinger, County Executive; David P. Bobzien, County Attorney; Barbara M. Jenkins, Assistant to the County Executive; and Alyce McCarter, Office of the Clerk to the Board of Supervisors.

Request for Additional Information Regarding $180,000 In Matching Funds For Federal Housing Grants For the Disabled Approved for the FY 1994 Budget Year
Following testimony by Mr. Brian Darvell, President, Pathway Homes, Incorporated, (Speaker 39), Supervisor Hyland asked unanimous consent that the Board direct staff to report with additional information regarding the $180,000 in matching funds which were approved in the budget for FY 1994 but never used as referred to by Mr. Darvell in his testimony. Without objection, it was so ordered.
The public hearing was held, with testimony being presented by 51 speakers, and scheduled for continuation on Wednesday, April 13, 1994 at 7:30 p.m.
