The recessed meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. with all Members being present, with the exception of Supervisor Alexander, Supervisor Dix, and Supervisor McConnell, and with Chairman Hanley presiding.
Supervisor McConnell arrived at 7:55 p.m.
Supervisor Dix arrived at 10:25 p.m.
Supervisor Alexander was absent from the entire meeting.
Others present were William J. Leidinger, County Executive; David P. Bobzien, County Attorney; Cathy Chianese, Assistant to the County Executive; Barbara M. Jenkins, Assistant to the County Executive; Nancy Vehrs, Clerk to the Board of Supervisors; and Clarice Morris and Jennifer V. Waysome, Office of the Clerk to the Board of Supervisors.

A Certificate of Publication was filed from the Editor of the Fairfax Journal showing that notice of said public hearing had been duly advertised in that Newspaper on March 31, 1995 as described:

Following the testimony of Speaker Four, Supervisor Bulova recognized the presence of Boy Scout Troop 1145 and warmly welcomed its members to the Board Auditorium.
Following the testimony of Mr. Kevin Kunze, Speaker 38, Acting-Chairman Hyland relinquished the Chair to Acting-Chairman Berger and asked unanimous consent that the Board refer Mr. Kunze's questions to staff for review. Without objection, it was so ordered.
Acting-Chairman Berger returned the gavel to Acting-Chairman Hyland.
ARRIVAL OF SUPERVISOR ROBERT B. DIX, JR., HUNTER MILL DISTRICT (Tape 4)
Following the testimony of Ms. Vivian Watts, Speaker 42, Chairman Hanley acknowledged the arrival of Supervisor Robert B. Dix, Jr., Hunter Mill District. Supervisor Dix reported that his nine year old son's Little League Baseball team played their first game tonight and apologized for being late to the meeting.
The public hearing was held, with testimony being presented by 79 speakers, and scheduled for continuation on Wednesday, April 19, 1995 at 7:30 p.m.
