Tariq Khan Rezoning (FDP-2012-BR-003):
An application to rezone a property at 4335 Shirley Gate Road from
the R-1 District to a PDH-2 Residential District was the subject of a

three. Several residents remained concerned about the footprint of the
houses, and Planning Commissioner Hurley deferred decision to look more
closely at setbacks. Staff has recommended approval. A link to the staff
addendum dated January 10 can be found here: http://ldsnet.fairfaxcounty.gov/ldsnet/ldsdwf/4406201.PDF

proposal will be filed as a PDH-3 residential development with 27 percent
open space. This application is now been accepted by Fairfax County for
public review and comment.
