Throughout 2005-2006, community groups came together to develop strategies to prevent and end homelessness in Fairfax County. In February 2007, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors endorsed th is 10-year plan , called “Strategic Directions for the Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness in the Fairfax-Falls Church Community.” Watch From Blue Print to Plan and go behind the scenes of this committee ’ s year long deliberation that became critical to the vision of ending homelessness in Fairfax County. |
