Watch Virginia Legislative and Regulations Update for Common Interest Community Associations
Industry leaders will discuss how Virginia legislation, regulations and recent case law impacts homeowners and condominium association volunteer leaders and members. Topics of discussion will include Association Rule Enforcement, Complaint Processes, Assessment Collections, and Virginia’s ombudsman regulations and complaint process requirements.
