Watch Virginia Legislative and Regulations Update for Common Interest Community Associations

photo of gavelIndustry leaders will discuss how Virginia legislation, regulations and recent case law impacts homeowners and condominium association volunteer leaders and members.  Topics of discussion will include Association Rule Enforcement, Complaint Processes, Assessment Collections, and Virginia’s ombudsman regulations and complaint process requirements. 

The moderator is William Marr, attorney with the Law Offices of William A. Marr, Jr.; and the presenters are Ken Chadwick, attorney with Chadwick, Washington, Moriarty Elmore & Bunn, PC; Ronda DeSplinter, LSM, PCAM, with  Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation; William Mason, Jr., attorney with Segan, Mason & Mason PC; Paul Orlando, CMCA, LSM, PCAM, with Service First Management & Consulting, Inc.; and Lucia Anna “Pia” Trigiani, attorney with Mercer Trigiani.
