home.jpg The Common Interest Community Seminar, “Transparent Governance,” is a program of interest to all citizens of Fairfax County. Industry leaders discuss ways to increase transparency in association governance, as well as recent legislation and regulations that impact homeowner and condominium association communities. Other topics addressed include association meetings, access to association books and records, and the common interest community board and ombudsman. (CC)
