Join us for a half hour of chair yoga for mature adults taught by Lucy Gerland, a certified yoga instructor and caregiver specialist with the Fairfax Area Agency on Aging. This is part 1 of a two part series of half hour programs: Part 1 focuses on yoga for the entire body. Part 2 includes specific exercises for the eyes and 'laughter yoga' for the lungs and spirit. These programs are ideal for mature adults with moderate to limited mobility who are ready to experience renewed flexibility and strength. (CC)
