Cathy Baum, Hunter Mill District

Cathy Baum is honored to be Supervisor Cathy Hudgins Hunter Mill District appointee to the Commission. Ms. Baum is the managing partner of the MARCAT Group, and is recognized as a leading expert in the management of business strategy, and sales and marketing activities in the residential home environment. She serves as Chair, George Mason University Libraries Advisory Board. She holds a BS in Management from George Mason University.
