TextFairfax Connector to Evaluate RIBS Network: Public Hearing Scheduled

Fairfax Connector is in the process of evaluating the routing and schedules of the Reston Internal Bus System (RIBS) service. The Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) will hold a public meeting on August 8, 2009 to gather information from existing passengers and residents in the neighborhoods. FCDOT will use this information to develop a bus service plan that will address the needs expressed by passengers and residents. A follow-up meeting will be held later this fall once decisions have been made regarding what changes, if any, will occur to the RIBS network.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting:

Residents can travel to the North County Governmental Center via the RIBS 1, 3 and 4 routes.
