Fairfax Connector Bus to Be Used in FBI Training Video
October 5, 2009
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has chartered a Fairfax Connector bus for use in the production of a film about the importance of Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) security cameras in the apprehension of criminals and ensuring the safety of the community at large. The scene being filmed will depict a terrorist planting a simulated bomb on a transit bus, and will illustrate how CCTV footage can be used to help bring individuals like this to justice. No actual explosives will be used during the filming.
The FBI training video will be filmed on Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 9 a.m. The production company Rocket Media Group, in conjunction with the FBI, will be filming in the Reston Town Center area in front of the parking garage complex on Freedom Drive. One Fairfax Connector bus will be used during the filming, which at this time is scheduled for an 8 hour period.
