National Consumer Protection Week 2010
The Fairfax County Consumer Affairs Branch of the Department of
Cable Communications and Consumer Protection is participating in
National Consumer Protection Week, March 7-13. This year's theme is
Dollars and Sense: Rated "A" for All
Ages.
Featured seminars highlight energy saving tips for consumers, guidance on hiring a home improvement contractor, and information on the importance of credit reports and credit scores.
Additional offerings include information kiosks at locations around
the county, and special programming on Channel 16.
