Description |
Court Services facilitates the rehabilitation or treatment of those who come before the court. The court service unit's functions include: intake, investigation (conducts all background studies required by the judge), probation, after-care (supervises juveniles recently released from state institutional care), and domestic care (supervises juveniles being held in detention or shelter care homes). |
