Description |
Comprised of five teams of contract administrators assigned to directly support the procurement needs of the county government, this division issues informal and formal solicitations, oversees the selection process, assists in negotiations and awards the ensuing contracts. After contract award, the group ensures contractor performance through standard contract management practices. |
