Description |
Through the Meals on Wheels (MOW) program, volunteers deliver meals Monday through Friday to homebound area residents. Meals are prepared in local hospitals, nursing homes or by the Fairfax County Public School system and delivered by community volunteers Monday through Friday (weekend service is available in some areas). Two nutritious meals are provided: a hot lunch and a cold meal that includes a sandwich.
