Civil File Request Form
	Civil File Review Requests: To review a Circuit Court Civil file, you must submit the form below. Within 2 business days after submission you will be notified of the file availability and directed where to go to review it. The file will be held for no more than 2 business days after notification of availability, to allow you time to come in and review it. The more current files will be available for review at the Judicial Center in the Circuit Court Civil File Room on the 3rd floor. However, older files are located at the court's off-site location and can be reviewed at that location.
