Supervised Release Program

The Supervised Release Program supervises defendants in the community while awaiting trial in the Fairfax County Court system.  Compliance with community supervision improves the likelihood of court attendance and reduces risk to the community while saving tax-payers the cost of incarceration.

Services Include:

  • Community supervision of defendants bonded to pretrial supervision until adjudication.
  • Alcohol and Drug testing as well as referrals to treatment.
  • Monitoring of any special conditions to bond.
  • Written progress reports to court on defendant compliance with program.
