Notice of Public Comment on Proposed Fee Changes
At the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) Board Meeting on September 23, 2015, the Board passed a motion to post several proposed changes to its fee related documents for public comment. Upon conclusion of the public comment period, the CSB Board will make its final decision and then forward to the Board of Supervisors for its review. Changes to the Policy and the Regulation will become effective in November 2015. The changes to the Ability to Pay Scale and Fee Schedule will not become effective before February 1, 2016.
Changes are proposed to the CSB’s Reimbursement for Services Policy 2120, the Ability to Pay Scale, the CSB Schedule of fees, and the CSB Regulation on Fees and Subsidy Related Procedures 2120.1.
Written comments will be accepted until 5 p.m, October 28, 2015 and should be addressed to: Ad Hoc Fee Policy Committee, Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board, 12011 Government Center Parkway, Suite 836, Fairfax, VA 22035-1105 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
