• Eligibility
  • Proof of Residency in Fairfax County, the City of Falls Church, the City of Fairfax, the Town of Vienna or the Town of Herndon.
  • No available funds or resources such as medical insurance with prescription coverage, Medicaid or other financial resources.
  • Meet the income requirement for the CSB's Ability-to-Pay Scale category of 10% or less.
    
    
• Charges
  • Eligible consumers receiving subsidized psychotropic medications from the CSB will be responsible for paying for medication based upon the CSB's Ability-to-Pay Scale. Payment will be expected upon receipt of medication.
  • Eligible consumers receiving CSB subsidized prescriptions for psychotropic medications that are filled at the County contracted pharmacy will be expected to pay the County contracted pharmacy a $5.00 co-pay per prescription
