Fairfax REACH, Inc. supports innovative solutions to address unmet or under-resourced needs of individuals and families impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Priority areas of support for project-focused partnerships include, but are not limited to housing, employment, transportation and self-advocacy.
Fairfax REACH, Inc. (REACH) is a nonprofit, public organization that supports the mission of the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board. REACH will actively engage individuals, families, groups, and organizations to develop and strengthen their roles in the community-wide effort to ensure that all of its citizens thrive.
