CSB Services - Community-Based School Transition

The Community-Based School Transition service area includes:

  • The Infant and Toddler Connection (ITC), which provides supports and services for infants and toddlers, from birth through age 3, who have a developmental delay or a diagnosis that may lead to a developmental delay. Assessments to determine eligibility for ITC services are provided at no cost to the family. To access ITC services, complete an online referral or call 703-246-7121, TTY 703-324-4495.
  • Behavioral Health Services for Children, Youth and Families works with at-risk infants, toddlers, preschoolers and pre-adolescents (children from birth to age 12) and their parents. Services support and guide parents and treat children who are developmentally compromised, have a serious emotional disturbance or are at risk of serious emotional disturbance. To find out about these services, call CSB Entry and Referral Services (available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) at 703-383-8500, TTY 711. Staff can take calls in English and Spanish and can access other languages when needed.
