The Community-Based School Transition service area includes:
- The Infant and Toddler Connection (ITC), which provides supports and services for infants and toddlers, from birth through age 3, who have a developmental delay or a diagnosis that may lead to a developmental delay. Assessments to determine eligibility for ITC services are provided at no cost to the family. To access ITC services, complete an online referral or call 703-246-7121, TTY 703-324-4495.

Services support and guide parents and treat children who are developmentally compromised, have a serious emotional disturbance or are at risk of serious emotional disturbance.
