Home care services ...

Home care services provided by a trained direct care worker often can help a person remain safely at home.

A variety of payment options are available for home care services, including private pay; health insurance; Medicare (for skilled care); Medicaid (for personal care waiver); sliding fee scales; or County-funded care. Your case manager can help you understand your choices for home care and help you arrange for the services.
