What is the Family Partnership Program?The Department of Family Services’ Family Partnership Program offers services that bring together families and their extended supportive networks to make decisions regarding the safety, stability and well-being of their children. Who is this program for?The program is for families who have come to the attention of a county agency because of concerns about their children’s safety or well-being. How does it work?We help to locate extended family members who can participate in a family meeting or conference. Family members and their supportive structure come together to participate in a neutrally facilitated process. What are the goals of the program?
