The Virginia Department of Social Services' Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) is the state agency responsible for providing child support services in the Commonwealth of Virginia. DCSE has the authority to locate non-custodial parents, establish paternity, establish and enforce child support orders, establish and enforce health care coverage, and collect and disburse child support payments and pre-established spousal support.
