Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program

Assists residents and consumers by providing information, consultation
or mediation for persons living in nursing homes, assisted living
facilities or receiving home care.

Income guidelines may apply in determining eligibility for the following programs that are available for persons 60 years and over, unless otherwise specified:

Liquid supplement for low-income, homebound individuals whose
nutritional needs cannot be met through normal food intake.

Volunteers assist with a variety of tasks such as grocery shopping,
