Free Healthcare for Uninsured Children: Limited Time Opportunity

Attention Parents!

Kaiser Permanente, a medical care provider organization, is offering free health care services to qualified children living in Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church.

Your child between the ages of 0 to 18 may be eligible if your family:

Meets income guidelines
Does not have affordable health insurance through a parent’s employer.
Does not qualify for Medicaid (FAMIS Plus) and FAMIS.

Note: Citizenship is not required.
