The Falls Church SkillSource Center is organizing a series of six job
fairs during October in recognition of Virginia Workforce Development
Month and to support the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Jobs in retail
and service industries, information technology, health care and
business services are being offered. The job fairs are open to the
public and will be held at Fairfax County's regional human services
office at 6245 Leesburg Pike, Suite 315, in Falls Church from 10:00
a.m.- 2:00 p.m. on the following dates: October 19, 20, 21, 24, 26 and
31.
Participating employers include: CVS, HMS, Buhl Electric, New World Tours, FasTran, Macys, First Horizon Bank, Office Team, Robert Half Account Temps, Dubrook Corp., United Parcel Service, Apex Corporation, Interstate Van Lines, Virginia Department of Transporatation, Northern Virginia Mental Health, Micro Manos, Swissport, Inc. and Fairfax County Public Safety Communications.
