Free seminars for caregivers of older adults
The Fairfax Caregiver Seminar Consortium is sponsoring a series of 12 free seminars this spring for caregivers of older adults. Topics include: transitions (how to tell when a loved one needs more help); long-distance caregiving (what to do when you live far from a loved one); financial management during difficult times; Alzheimer’s disease (strategies for effective communication); and more. Seminars take place at various times and locations in Fairfax County, during April and May.
