	Thank you to Artie's Restaurant in Fairfax! For eight years, Artie's has been donating part of its profits from dessert sales to our Meals on Wheels program. In the past two years alone, this donation has covered the cost of about 3,000 home-delivered meals for people in our community who are older or who have a disability.
	Thank You Capital Grille Restaurants Thank you to the Capital Grille Restaurants for hosting lunch for the Fairfax County Disability Mentoring Day  on October 20. Students and adult job seekers with disabilities were matched with county employees to spend the afternoon "shadowing" them in their jobs. The program was sponsored by the Fairfax Area Disability Services Board and the Department of Family Services’ Disability Services Planning and Development program.
