Does
my family qualify?
MCCP serves children who are from birth to 18 years in age who live in Fairfax County and are attending school, if school age. They are children of Fairfax County, whose income does not exceed 250% of poverty.

Note: If your income is less than 200% of poverty and you are a citizen or qualified alien, you may qualify for FAMIS, the Commonwealth of Virginia's children's health insurance program.
To find out if your child qualifies for low-cost health care and to receive more information please complete and submit the Request for MCCP Eligibility Information form.

Case managers provide the initial linkage with the physicians and follow up with the families. As a result of receiving preventive health care plus immediate acute treatment, these children are healthier, productive residents of our community.
