Sealed proposals must be received and time stamped prior to 2:00 PM, August 18, 2017. Offerors are responsible for ensuring that the Purchasing Office receives their proposal submission by the deadline indicated. The time a proposal is received shall be determined by the time stamped by the time clock in the Purchasing Office. Proposals received after the stated due date and time shall not be considered.

After reviewing any questions/requests submitted, the PWCS Purchasing Office will issue an addendum to respond to items it deems necessary. Changes to this RFP will be made only by written addendum issued by the PWCS Purchasing Office.

Fairfax County Park Authority
Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) is soliciting qualifications from geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing firms to provide professional services for construction inspection, construction materials testing, quality control inspections, and geotechnical engineering, for various capital facility projects of common park land development infrastructure under a basic ordering agreement (BOA). These land development infrastructure projects include, but are not limited to, the following: roadways and parking lots, trails, bridges, natural and synthetic turf fields, athletic field lighting, irrigation, stormwater facilities, retaining walls, and utility installations including water and sanitation distribution systems.
