All potential Proposers must attend this conference or their proposals will be rejected (disqualified) without review and eliminated from further consideration.

Proposers may submit written questions regarding this RFP by mail, fax or e-mail to the individual identified below. All questions must be received by: 4:00 pm PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) on 09/11/14. All questions, without identifying the submitting company, will be compiled with the appropriate answers and will be released at the proposers mandatory conference. Questions not submitted can also be asked at the proposers mandatory conference. When submitting questions please specify the RFP section number, paragraph number, and page number and quote the language that prompted the question. This will ensure that the question can be quickly found in the RFP. The County reserves the right to group similar questions when providing answers.
