- Scope - Construction repair, and enhancement of multiple stormwater ponds, storm drainage, stream restoration, and flood proofing projects, including residential properties. Work includes installing and replacing drainage pipes, dam repairs, and/or construction, BMP retrofits, rip rap, concrete structures, areaways, flood proofing walls, and the creation of wetland environments in SWM facilities.

Fairfax County Parkway/Sunrise Valley Drive

- Scope - This project provides for construction of a new dual left turn lane on northbound Fairfax County Parkway at Sunrise Valley Drive. Construction includes grading, paving, storm drainage, traffic signals, overhead signal support structure, asphalt and concrete sidewalks/trails, concrete curb and gutter, pavement markings, signs and related items.

Lake Barton Dam-Pohick Creek Dam No. 2 Spillway Improvement Project

- Scope - The major items of work consist of: (1) construct a secant pile wall at the downstream end of the auxiliary spillway chute (2) increase the length of the downstream training dike between the dam and the auxiliary spillway; and (3) construct a cast-in-place concrete wall at the downstream end of the control section which will also raise the control height of the auxiliary spillway.

Flatlick Confluence Stream Restoration

- Scope – Restore approximately 1,700 L.F of Flatlick Branch stream through series of a rock structures, such as rock vanes, j-vanes, and riffle structures. Works also includes re-grading stream banks, re-vegetation and other related items.

Schneider Branch Stream Restoration

- Scope – Restore approximately 887 L.F of Schneider Branch stream through series of a rock structures, such as rock toes, j-hooks, and riffle structures. Works also includes re-grading stream banks, re-vegetation and other related items.

Lake Barton Dredging Project

- Contractor – Lake Services of Virginia, Inc.
- Scope – Mechanical dredging of 20,000 CY of sediment and an additional 15,000 CY of sediment from Lake Barton with site restoration after the dredging is completed.
