Listed below are the current review times and backlog for normally submitted plans to the Building Plan Review Division. Please note, times listed below are averages based on recent reviews and may not reflect your actual review time. The status of your plan may be found online, via e-mail or by contacting Building Plan Review at 703-222-0114, TTY 711.
Building Plan Review times for residential and commerical plans submitted under the Expedited Building Plan Review Program can reduce the total times noted below by half or more.
