To meet the growing demands for parking at the Burke Centre VRE Station, the Fairfax County Department of Transportation and the Virginia Railway Express have initiated a $28.8 million project to construct a new VRE parking facility including a multi-level parking garage. The new garage is projected to be open for public use by mid-June 2008. Site work will continue outside of the garage until the project completion date in fall 2008.
