Important News and Information
	Overall project is 27 percent complete. Painting of the trellis structure on top of the Judge's Parking Lot wall continues. Precast stone caps are 95 percent on the Judges' Parking Lot wall. All six concrete placements for Level 2 are complete. One of the six concrete placements for Level 3 is complete. Hydraulic bollards at the new Post 99 location are expected to be operational by mid-September.	Alternate access/egress through the cafeteria is in place and operational. Storm and sanitary sewer work is in progress. Perimeter wall backfill is 80 percent complete. The fifth quarterly partnering session is scheduled for Sept. 21, 2005. Work on the Handicap Parking Lot has begun.
