Important News and Information
	Overall Project is 40 percent complete. The overall structure is “Topped Out” – the last major structural concrete placement was Jan. 27, 2006. A “Topping Out” ceremony was held Feb. 10, 2006. Perimeter wall backfill is 95 percent complete. All reshores have been removed. Mechanical ductwork, electrical cabinets, installation of conduit are in progress on the Lower Level and First Floor.	Masonry block work is 90 percent complete on the Lower Level. Masonry block work has begun on the First Floor and at roof parapets. Metal stud framing has started throughout the building. The expansion portion of the project is on budget but the latest contractor schedule update indicates a 1.5 month delay. The general contractor is working on a recovery schedule.
