Important News and Information
	Overall Project is 48 percent complete. Perimeter wall backfill is 95 percent complete. Mechanical ductwork, electrical cabinets, installation of conduit and cable trays are in progress on all levels of the building. Masonry block work is complete on the Lower Level. Masonry block work at the roof parapets is complete. Miscellaneous masonry block work is ongoing throughout the building.	Metal stud framing has started throughout the building. Installation of the rails for the elevators are in progress. Installation of gypsum wallboard has started on interior walls. The expansion portion of the project is on budget but the latest contractor schedule update indicates a 50 day delay. The general contractor is working on a recovery schedule.
