Important News and Information
	Overall project is 51 percent complete. Perimeter wall backfill is 95 percent complete. Mechanical ductwork, electrical cabinets, installation of conduit and cable trays are in progress on all levels of the building. Chillers were moved into place on the Lower Level. Cooling tower installation is ongoing. Miscellaneous masonry block work is ongoing throughout the building. Face brick has started on the Chain Bridge Road elevation.	Metal stud framing has started throughout the building. Installation of the rails for the elevators is in progress. Escalator installation between the First and Second Floors is ongoing. Installation of gypsum wallboard has started on interior walls. The expansion portion of the project is on budget but the latest contractor schedule update indicates a 60 day delay. The general contractor is working on a recovery schedule.
