Important News and Information
	General: Overall Project is 55 percent complete. The expansion portion of the project is on budget but the latest contractor schedule update indicates an 87 day delay.
	Lower Level: Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins continue. Detention hollow metal frames are in place and welding is in process. Hydraulic elevator work is in process. First, Second and Third Floors: Stair installation is in process with two of the six stairs complete. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is in process. Traction elevators are complete. Exterior brick veneer is in process on the First Level. Stud walls and drywall are in process. Door frames are being installed on all levels.	Fourth and Fifth Floors: Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in continue. Curbs, air handling unit pads and screen wall structures are in place. Exterior masonry is 60 percent complete. Roof Level: Base roofing is in place. Finish roofing will resume after masonry is complete. Cooling tower and chiller are in place.
