Important News and Information
	General: Overall Project is 56 percent complete. The expansion portion of the project is on budget but the latest contractor schedule update indicates a greater than 90 day delay.
	Lower Level: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in work continue. Detention hollow metal frames are in place and welding is in process. Hydraulic elevator work is in process. Ceiling framing, paint and blockfill have started. The fire pump and controller are on site. First, Second and Third Floors: Stair installation is in process with three of the six stairs complete. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing work is in process. Traction elevators are complete. Exterior brick veneer and precast is in process on all three levels. Stud walls and drywall are in process. Door frames are being installed on all levels.	Fourth Floor: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in work continue. Curbs, air handling unit pads and screen wall structure are in place. Framing at the courtroom pop-ups is underway. Exterior masonry is 80 percent complete. Fifth Floor: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in work continue. White brick at the 5th floor is near completion. Stud walls have started. Roof Level: Tapered roofing is in place. Work is ongoing in the elevator machine rooms. Cooling tower and chiller are in place.
