Important News and Information
	General: Overall Project is 57 percent complete. A 90 day extension for completion of the expansion and an overall 45 day time extension have been granted for the project. The expansion is expected to receive substantial completion in April 2007 and overall project completion is now set for April 2008.
	Lower Level: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in work continue. Detention hollow metal frames are in place and welding is in process. Hydraulic elevator work is in process. Ceiling framing, paint and blockfill work continue. Preliminary duct testing continues. Insulation is starting. First Floor: Stair installation is in process with three of the six stairs complete. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing work is in process. Traction elevators are complete. Exterior brick veneer and precast is in process. Perimeter framing has started. Courtyard windows are arriving and installation has started. Preliminary duct testing continues. Insulation is starting. Front entrance tube steel and canopy have been installed. Second Floor: Door frames, metal stud walls and bulkheads are continuing. Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins work continue. Brick veneer and precast installation is ongoing.	Third Floor: Door frames, metal stud walls and bulkheads are continuing. Overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins continue. Brick veneer and precast installation is ongoing. Fourth Floor: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in work continue. Curbs, air handling unit pads and screen wall structure are in place. Air handling units three and 11 have been set. Framing at the courtroom pop-ups is nearing completion. Exterior masonry is complete. Fifth Floor: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in work continue. White brick is nearing completion. Stud walls have started. Roof Level: Tapered roofing is in place. Work is ongoing in the elevator machine rooms. Cooling tower and chiller are in place.
